RecyclaTherm Insulation

Janesville’s lightweight molded dissipative dash system solutions offer numerous advantages over a traditional mass barrier construction.
Janesville’s Duratex® engineered fiber construction is a durable, lightweight and 100% recyclable PET or PET/PP blend. It has rapidly replaced vacuum formed and injection molded plastic wheel arch liners which were the standard in years past.
Janesville RecyclaTherm Products are a family of specifically developed thermal insulators created from post-consumer recycled materials with the end use product being curb-side recyclable. Our material utilizes a variety of engineered fiber constructions and blends to achieve the optimum balance between price, performance and packaging space to meet our customer’s specific needs.
Janesville’s Profile® T is a thermo-formable needle punched non-woven substrate made of a blend of virgin PET and regenerated PET staple fibers mechanically bonded to a color matched non-woven face.
Janesville’s Aerotex® substrates offer a structural underbody panel that is lighter weight and provides an acoustical advantage over traditional injection molded parts. It also is more acoustical and cost effective than competitive porous materials such as LWRT glass/pp or natural fibers.
